One place for everything

Start one folder — on paper or on your phone. Keep doctors’ reports, test results and lists of prescriptions there.

What is worth keeping

  • Reports and recommendations after consultations.
  • Test and examination results with dates.
  • Names of the products and medicines you have used.
  • Photos of skin changes with the date they were taken.

Short notes

It sometimes helps to jot down a couple of lines: what changed, what you started or stopped using. A few months later these notes will help restore the picture without guessing.

Before the appointment

Look through the folder the day before your visit and set aside the most important items. That leaves more time for the conversation.

Your history is an important part of the picture we will look at together.
